We have had to work hard to catch up with the backlog of ideas that we have for songs, but individually and collectively we and it has all began to come together. After 6/7 months of practise, a weekend away in Leeds recording at Touchwood Studios (with help from friend Andy Taylor) knitted us closer as a band and as friends.
We have a cue of songs; each of which written by either Liam, Sam, Chubba or a combination of the three; that are all waiting for their turn to get heard in the practise room. And just as one of em is about to be thrown in, one of us will come out with something new that we'll all get obsessed with and have to work on.
It's real hard to get bored in this band!There's a lot going on for us! And we love every note and every beat! Music never stops building and playing back for any of us .
We're gonna be keeping some songs, srapping some songs, re-thinkin some and writing many more as we begin to piece together our first Album. Tokyo in Snow is still very young!
We write music that we love to hear and to feel. It makes us smile through anything and everything. We hope some of you can relate.
In 2009 we plan to begin gigging anywhere and everywhere we can, and plan to write much more music together.
