BBC band of the month (November), Pete Chambers ‘ones to watch’ in 2009 and with a range of support slots for bands as accomplished as Cajun Dance Party and The Paddingtons, The Strikes! brand of Indie riffs and boisterous melodies are quickly earning them a place amongst some of Coventry’s finest artists.
Formed in early 2008 Tim, Loz, Tom and Matt instantly found their feet and began to carve their way into the glowing music scene that lay before them. Now under the management and production expertise of James Plester, the sound delivered both live and in the studio is unique enough to leave unblemished results when pitted against the stiffest competition.
Securing headline shows at venues as renowned as Coventry’s Kasbah night club and with main room headlines, videos and single releases planned for 2009 it seems like there’s no stopping the lads with a fire in their hearts.
