John was listening to some songs on the radio, strumming along on his lil' ol' Geetar and thinking to himself...'I could do that. I know a singer and I know a guitarist and they could do that too'. So he called Will (guitarist) and Will had a chat with Russ (singer) and they listened to the radio and they thought, 'yeah, we could do that. Let's do that' Then we called in Dave (hits the Bass) and Wez (hits things). That was about a year or so back. Since then we've won the Covent Garden Battle of the Bands, which won us a grand (which bought us a BIG ORANGE ex-council VAN from a dodgy auction in Wales - it breaks down about once a month but we love it)...got ourselves a maverick manager called Don (used to run a label for Universal records) and have been recording with renowned Massive Attack producer Neil Davidge.
