Split Persona could be discribed as Grunge Metal, with sounds close to Alice in Chains or even Amen. The band however began life as an Industrial Grunge band with Adam (Guitar) and Dave (Drummer) taking influence from Ministry and Nine Inch Nails. But in 2007 the infusion of Black Metal fan Russ (Bass) and goth frontman Matt the bands sound changed forever. With industrial riffs and down tuned guitars the music has become almost a dark, twisted version of Grunge and with the addition of Matt's haunting vocals and Russ's hardcore screams Split Persona have become the metal band of the future!
