Are you having enough Sensible Fun? If not, you really should be.
Sensible Fun are a London/Cambridge based UK Hardcore/Hardcore/Hardcore band - a style of music that has been described as 'being hit in the face with a frozen axe'...and you know that's metal.
Having landed support slots with local legends The Mono Effect and the mighty Icarus Line in 2008, as well as having released their debut EP 'This Ain't Rock 'n' Roll, This Is Genocide!' to rave reviews, the band look to continue to bigger things in 2009. Armed with a ton of new material in hand, the band hope to re-enter the studio in early 2009 to record a brand new EP as well as continuing to get gigs up and down the country; who knows, Sensible Fun could be coming to your town soon, so get your ass on the dance floor.
The band (consisting of vocalist Mike West, duel guitarists Craig Hardy and Ashley Pearce, bassist Neil Ogden and drummer James Garnham) plan to round out the year with shows at The Portland Arms in Cambridge as well as taking to the stage at The Borderline in London for the first time, which promise to be awesome nights filled with new jams and a few surprises.
So, what can you do now? Well, we suggest you get ready; warm up, maybe stretch a little or make yourself a tasty treat if the mood takes you just right, because soon you'll be having Sensible Fun...and if you're lucky, they might be having you too.
