Pretty good - albeit nostalgic - stuff from rag-eared scruffs The Libertines.

Pretty good - albeit nostalgic - stuff from rag-eared scruffs The Libertines.
Hard to pin down their exact references but you'd be close in saying 'Time For Heroes' brings forth some of the best moments of The Jam and The Clash.
It does owe a lot to the past - but it'd be unfair not to give The libertines the credit they deserve - taking some of the most respected influences in British 70's and 80's Indie and churning them into something that's wholly their own sound
British born and raised. Produced by Mick Jones... Joe Strummer would be proud.
