
Barbadian singer Rihanna tops both the singles and albums chart this week as her third album crashes into the albums No.1 spot, while her single "Umbrella" rules the singles chart for a fourth straight week.
Former Sugababe Mutya Buena is denied a No. 1 spot for the second week running as "Real Girl" maintains at No. 2, while Calvin Harris' "The Girls" charts strongly at three, up six spots. Gym Class Heroes' ever-popular "Cupid's Chokehold" is at four, Beyonce and Shakira's "Beautiful Liar" is at five, Hellogoodbye's "Here (In Your Arms)" drops to six, Maroon 5' s "Makes Me Wonder" is at seven while Reverend and the Makers' "Heavyweight Champion of the World" is up to eight.
Enrique Iglesias' "Do You Know" rises into the top ten at No. 9 and Timbaland's "Give It To Me" ft. Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake sits at ten.
Other new entries this week go to White Stripes' "Icky Thump" at 13, Bob Sinclar's "Sound of Freedom" at 14 and Unklejam's "What Am I Fighting For" at 16.
With her third album, Rihanna holds off strong new entries from Biffy Clyro's "Puzzle" and the Twang's "Love It when I feel Like this" to take the albums chart No. 1 this week.
Maroon 5's "It Won't Be Soon Before Long" drops from No. 1 to No. 4 and Paul McCartney's "Memory Almost Full" debuts at five. Further down, Dizzee Rascal's "Maths & English" is at seven, Marilyn Manson's "Eat Me Drink Me" lands at eight and Mutya Buena's "Real Girl" is at ten.
