Blur have confirmed they are reforming in October, but aren't yet promising fans anything definite - revealing they will just 'see what happens'.
The band haven't recorded any new material since 2003's "Think Tank" and many of the band members have drifted apart working on new projects or simply relocating away from London. But in a new interview, drummer Dave Rowntree admits although the band haven't made any definite plans, they'll give it their best shot for the first studio sessions later this year.
He reveals, "We will spend one week recording and see what happens. We're dipping our toes in the water. We have not made any decision but we'll see how we feel."
"That tends to be the way albums start. That's how the last one started. We get together and either we say 'it's not the right time' or we say 'brilliant.' We don't want to prejudge the issue right now."
