Kylie Minogue is being lined-up for a special one-off appearance in Doctor Who, media agencies are reporting.
The pop star, who flirted with acting in the 1990's with a number of film roles following her breakthrough role in the 80's on Neighbours, is said to be in talks with producers for the hit BBC sci-fi show to appear in a Christmas special to be filmed over the summer.
Kylie will play a cyberwoman, one of Doctor Who's most feared adversaries. "Kylie jumped at the chance to be in the show and is really looking forward to acting again," a source tells press.
