A new intimate music festival is coming to London in April, showcasing the best talent from Spain.
Alongside traditional Spanish food, DJ's and a photography exhibition will be live performances from six hotly tipped independent live bands. The 'Far More Than just A Sun Tan' festival is set for Sunday April 22nd at 93 Feet East and is a showcase event by Naked Man Recordings, a fledgling London based label which will specialise in introducing some of today's finest Spanish independent music to the UK.
Opening at 1.30pm, the event will be free to enter and last the whole day - offering music fans a great outlet for a lazy Sunday afternoon.
The music will open with pop act La Costa Brava, before space rockers Aeropuerto take to the stage. Later in the day, Biggot - described as a singer-songwriter in the vein of Will Oldham - will take over with his alt country/folk repertoire, and will be followed by followed by the grand pop leanings of Tachenko.
Closing the night will be Americana act Big City and dance-punk act Mendetz.
