Hollywood actress Jada Pinkett graced the Download Festival main stage this afternoon, cranking out the mega-heavy, downtuned riffs with her metal act Wicked Wisdom.
But for the early Friday crowd standing in the baking early afternoon sunshine, it wasn't Pinkett that the fans wanted.
"Will....WILL SMITH", went the cheers, as more and more of the rock fans began noticing a (very) tall figure standing beside the stage. A bit of a giveaway probably came from the fact that the cameras feeding the giant screens paid him a fair bit of attention.
It was in fact Will Smith, of Independence Day and Fresh Prince fame, spending his day at the 2006 Download Festival, Donington Park, with his wife.
As for Wicked Wisdom; they come somewhere between the dark, down tuned sound of Coal Chamber and the power and melody of Korn. Pinkett, represent in a black crop top, jeans and knee-high leather boots, performed tracks including "Bleed all over Me" and "Something Inside Of Me".
