Beth Orton has today confirmed plans for a six-date tour of the UK, Sound Generator can report.
Playing live to promote her latest album, the stripped-down "Comfort of Strangers", the acoustic star kicks off proceedings in Edinburgh on September 8, before dates in Manchester and London, among others.
The tour looks like this:
