The Fleetwood Mac singer will tour Australia and New Zealand in February 2006
Legendary Australian singer John Farnham will be joining another legend when he hooks up with Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks for a series of double-bill shows in Brisbane, Perth and New Zealand on Nicks' upcoming Gold Dust tour early next year. Nicks will be backed by her nine-piece band led by Waddy Watchel and will perform Greatest Hits from Fleetwood Mac and her solo career.
The Gold Dust tour will start off on February 18 at Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena, where she will perform with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra in a concert that will be filmed for a later DVD release. Popular young American singer songwriter Vanessa Carlton will be a special guest on all dates.
Stevie Nicks also visited Australia last year as part of the Fleetwood Mac reunion tour. Her last album "Trouble In Shangri-La" was released back in 2001.
