The five-piece act, currently the biggest girl band in the UK, will be performing 17 dates for their first ever tour.
The 'What Will The Neighbours Say?' tour launches on May 4 in Nottingham and will see the girls playing hits from their first two albums:
"We've been itching to do this for a long time," said band member Kimberley Walsh. "We decided to wait until we had two albums worth of songs to perform before we took to the stage.
"The time is right for us to give the fans a show they deserve."
Other dates include a show in Brighton on May 5 and London on May 28.
The tour begins in Nottingham on May 4 before winding up at London's Hammersmith Apollo on May 28.
Tickets go on sale December 10.
