U2's tenth studio album will hit record stores mid-November, soundgenerator can confirm.
'How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb' is set for release November 23 through Interscope Records and was recorded in Dublin and the South Of France. Production duties go to Steve Lillywhite (who produced the band's first three albums), Flood, Nellee Hooper, Jacknife Lee and former Sex Pistols knob-twister Chris Thomas.
The album will be led by first single "Vertigo", which was recorded at the band's Hanover Quay Studio with Steve Lillywhite. The track hits US radio September 24.
The new LP, the follow-up to 2000's Grammy-winning "All That You Can't Leave Behind", hit the headlines in July when studio demos went missing from a recording studio in France.
