'The Margerine Eclipse LP' will be followed by a European tour in March.
Stereolab have heralded their return in the New Year with a new album followed by a European tour.
'The Margerine Eclipse LP' will hit shops on February 2nd in the UK and the band will support the release with a 12-date tour of the UK and Europe.
The first release since 2001's 'Sound-Dust', the LP will also be the first without band member Mary Hansen, who was tragically killed in 2002 in a cycling accident.
The first date of the March tour will be at the Glasgow QMU on March the 1st and the band will then play dates in the UK, Europe and then onto North America.
