My Chemical Romance's drummer Bob Bryar has quit the band, the group have revealed.
My Chemical Romance's drummer has quit the band.
The 'Teenagers' hitmakers have revealed that Bob Bryar parted ways with the group last month, though they have not explained the reason for his decision.
Writing on their official website, guitarist Frank Iero revealed: "As of four weeks ago, My Chemical Romance and Bob Bryar parted ways.
"This was a painful decision for all of us to make and was not taken lightly. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours, and expect you all to do the same."
It has been claimed that Bob left the band following a row with bandmates Frank, Gerard Way, Mikey Way and Ray Toro.
A source told Notifi Radio: "An argument of some sort ensued between Bryar and the rest of the band and Bob is out."
Bob replaced original My Chemical Romance drummer Matt Pelissier in 2004.
My Chemical Romance are expected to release a new album later this year.
