A live show at B.B. King's Blues Club in LA will bring together original Jimi Hendrix Experience bass player Noel Redding and drummer Noel Redding from Jimi's Band Of Gypsies.
Other artists expected on the night include Brian Auger of Brian Auger and the Trinity fame.
Leon Hendrix said: 'I want to show Jimi how much his family and friends and fans love him and treasure his music by putting on a show that he would be proud of.'
The celebration will take place on November 27 at B.B. King's Blues Club, 1000 Universal Center Dr Ste 222, Universal City, CA 91608
