Marilyn Manson has suggested that music lovers try to make Nine Inch Nails 2010's Christmas number one.

Shock rocker Marilyn Manson thinks a battle between the rock world and the X Factor should become a Christmas tradition in the UK.
Last month, an online campaign managed to get Rage Against The Machine's Killing In The Name to become Britain's festive number one, seeing off competition from X Factor winner Joe McElderry's The Climb.
Commenting on the news, Manson said that he does not bear Simon Cowell and the reality TV programme any ill will but he thinks it is good for "real music" to take the chart's top spot.
"Somebody should try to do it next year. Can I suggest one of Nine Inch Nails' best tracks called Starf****rs Inc? We should try to make it a yearly thing," the Antichrist Superstar suggested.
Last year, Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor told the Philippine Daily Inquirer that the band will break from their relentless touring schedule to give him time to work on other projects.
