Damon Albarn insists he doesn't want to reform Blur again and hasn't even thought about the group since the end of their reunion tour this summer.
Damon Albarn hasn't thought about Blur since their reunion tour ended.
The Britpop legends played a series of shows during the summer, and despite their success, the singer insists he instantly moved on once the run of concerts came to an end.
He said: "It was stadiums and everybody singing and very euphoric. And then after the last gig in Scotland I got on the train and left it all behind. That's it, I haven't thought about it since.
"I loved every second of it but then when it had finished it was like, we've all got to get on with our lives now."
When looking back over the summer, Damon remembers it as a "strange" time.
He added: "That was really very strange. It was a very disciplined time. I stopped drinking completely, I dropped making this Gorillaz record, which had been all consuming for three months, which was really difficult.
"I didn't come off stage thinking, 'I'm a rock star' at all. It was very strange."
