Activision are being sued by No Doubt over the 'inappropriate' use of their avatars.

No Doubt have launched a lawsuit against the creators of the Band Hero videogame.
The US band, famous for songs such as Don't Speak and Just A Girl, have alleged developers Activision failed to honour an agreement over the use of their likenesses in the latest spin-off.
In a statement, the group clarified: "[The band] agreed to place avatars containing their name and likeness performing three No Doubt songs in the upcoming Band Hero."
However, they claimed that the videogame, which was released on Tuesday (November 3rd), sees the band perform songs that are "not appropriate for No Doubt".
In addition, court documents show that the group is especially annoyed that singer Gwen Stefani's avatar can be used to sing male-fronted songs like The Rolling Stones' Honky Tonk Woman.
Earlier this year, surviving Nirvana members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic said they were disappointed that late frontman Kurt Cobain's avatar can be used with songs from other artists on Guitar Hero 5.
