Green Day will return to the UK in 2010 for two large gigs.

Pop punk favourites Green Day have announced that they will play two major shows in the UK next year.
After playing shows playing London's Wembley Arena yesterday (November 1st), the band revealed that they will appear at Manchester Lancashire County Cricket Ground on June 16th.
The band will then return to Wembley Arena on June 19th.
In recent weeks, the American Idiot stars have appeared at venues across the UK, including the LG Arena in Birmingham, the Manchester Evening News Arena, London's O2 and the Scottish Exhibition Conference Centre in Glasgow.
The group is also set to play shows in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Australia and Japan in the coming months.
As well as touring, Green Day have been busy getting nominated for a host of honours this year, including favourite alternative rock artist at the American Music Awards.
The band is also in the running for best group, best rock artist and best live act at the MTV Music Awards.
