Andy Gallagher claims Strawberry Swing is very similar to his own video.

Coldplay are facing a fresh accusation of plagiarism concerning the video for the song Strawberry Swing.
Andy Gallagher claims that the video bears "an awful lot of similarities" to one he released last year for his track Something Else.
The footage features people interacting with animated chalk boards and figures and, while Gallagher admits that he cannot say they deliberately copied him, he does feel that the two pieces of footage are very close to one another.
"I think it's unfair that Strawberry Swing will probably be nominated for numerous awards and is being universally acclaimed as groundbreaking when [Something Else] director Owen Trevor had virtually the same idea at least a year before," he said.
Coldplay recently resolved a case brought against them by guitarist Joe Satriani, who had accused the band of using "substantial, original portions" of his song If I Could Fly for their hit single Viva La Vida.
