Dan Rosenweig claims Courtney Love has accepted the money on offer and that a contract is in place.

Guitar Hero chief executive Dan Rosenweig has hit back at criticism from Courtney Love and former Nirvana band members over the use of Kurt Cobain in the popular video game.
Speaking in an interview with NME.com, Dan Rosenweig said that Love was fully aware that Cobain's character could be used to sing songs by other artists and that she "cashed the cheque" she was given.
Mr Rosenweig added that he was sorry that former Nirvana band members Dave Grohl and Kris Novoselic were upset that the singer's image could be used on non-Nirvana tracks and has offered to discuss the situation with them.
"We love engaging in dialogues with artists. We always want to hear from artists. In this circumstance there seems to be some confusion between the estate and we would love to clear that up. We're not avoiding any dialogue," he told the news provider.
Meanwhile, former Rolling Stones star Bill Wyman recently told the BBC that he dislikes games such as Guitar Hero and Rock Band because they discourage children from learning real instruments.
