Billy Corgan reveals details of 44-song record.

The Smashing Pumpkins have revealed details of their new album, which will be available for free.
Called Teargarden by Kaleidyscope, the record will feature 44 songs, which will be released one at a time.
Frontman Billy Corgan said on his blog Billycorgan.livejournal.com that fans can expect the group to return to the style that made them one of the biggest bands in the world.
"The music of Teargarden by Kaleidyscope harkens back to the original psychedelic roots of the Smashing Pumpkins - atmospheric, melodic, heavy and pretty," he stated.
As well as the free-to-download tracks, the band will also release 11 four-song EPs and a deluxe box set.
Corgan added that the story of the album is based on The Fool's Journey, as signified in the process of Tarot.
Meanwhile, Corgan recently launched a spiritual website called Everything From Here to There, which he describes as being a collection of thoughts on searching for the greater good in life.
