Tom Meighan and the rest of the band do not have swine flu.

Kasabian have been given the all-clear by medics in Australia after reports that frontman Tom Meighan had come down with swine flu.
Guitarist Serge Pizzorno told the Sun that the group were feeling rough after picking up a virus in Japan and that they were quarantined in their hotel to stop it spreading.
"We're all sick as dogs, man. It's pretty terrible," he said.
However, following medical examinations, the band have been given the all-clear that the bug is not swine flu and are free to continue with their upcoming performances.
Shows around Australia have already been cancelled, but the group are expected to make their gigs in Malaysia.
In other news, Pizzorno recently spoke out about the band being the bookies' favourites to win the Barclaycard Mercury Prize 2009.
In an interview with NME.com, he said he was unsure whether being the frontrunner is a good thing or not and that he had never considered their chances of winning it until they were nominated.
