Lyrics penned in 1966 on show as part of the White Feather - The Spirit of Lennon exhibition.

Lyrics written in 1966 by the late Beatles frontman John Lennon have gone on display in the singer's home city of Liverpool.
The words, which were pencilled in the same year The Beatles released seminal album Revolver, are on show as part of the White Feather - The Spirit of Lennon exhibition.
They read: "Little girl I've come to stay/ And this time I have to say, I love you/ If she turns you down and you're rejected/ Try again the best you can/ Call to see her when you're least expected/ Tell her now she'll understand."
Julian Lennon, the singer's eldest son, said he would consider taking the lyrics and incorporating them into a new song in honour of his father, but only when he feels it is right to do so.
In other news, Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr recently attended the E3 Media & Business Summit to give their backing to the new Beatles Rock Band videogame.
