Tom Hamilton, Aerosmith bassist, is recovering from recent surgery.

Rock icons Aerosmith have been beset by injuries on their ongoing world tour, it has been revealed.
According to a statement on the band's website, bassist Tom Hamilton will sit out part of the summer tour while he recovers from a recent bout of surgery.
The message explained that Hamilton will miss several dates "as he recuperates from non-invasive surgery", while David Hull will step in to take over four-string duties.
Hull, described as a "longtime friend of the band", has performed with the Joe Perry Project and played bass for Aerosmith in several shows in 2006.
Earlier this week, the group was forced to cancel seven shows on the US leg of their tour after frontman Steven Tyler sustained a leg injury.
The singer hurt himself when the band played a show at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut.
However, it is not all bad news for the wrinkly rockers.
The icons recently welcomed back lead and rhythm guitarist Bradley Whitford, who was absent from the opening dates of the tour while he recovered from surgery.
