Up to 7.2 million people have watched the BBC's online coverage of Glastonbury 2009.

The number of people watching online coverage of the recent Glastonbury festival has reached new highs, the BBC has claimed.
According to the broadcaster, this year's event has seen four times as many people watch online videos than was recorded in 2008, with 7.2 million video requests received.
In addition, it was revealed that Lady GaGa's performance in the John Peel tent was the most-watched set with 1.3 million visitors, while Lily Allen attracted 762,000 and Blur gained 538,000.
Mark Friend, controller of multiplatform and interactive audio and music at the BBC, said that the organisation is "very proud" of the number of online viewers.
"We wanted to make sure our audiences could enjoy the festival even if they weren't there and catch up with their favourite acts when it suited them," he added.
The broadcaster also revealed that more that 6.1 million viewers watched the exclusive 'red button' coverage, making it the most popular music event shown through the service.
Following the Glastonbury festival, founder Michael Eavis branded it the "best one ever".
