A fashion designer is suing Courtney Love for invasion of privacy and emotional distress.

Singer Courtney Love is being sued for libel by a fashion designer after she allegedly posted comments about her on the internet.
Dawn Simorangkir has launched a law suit against the Hole front, claiming she committed libel when she made comments on Twitter and other networking websites.
Papers submitted to Los Angeles superior court by the fashion designer last week claim that Love made "menacing and disturbing" statements and accused her of being a drug user and a prostitute.
In addition, the widow of Nirvana icon Kurt Cobain is said to have called Ms Simorangkir a "nasty, lying, hosebag thief" as part of an "obsessive" campaign to "destroy Simorangkir's reputation and her livelihood".
The designer's law suit reveals she is seeking damages for invasion of privacy and emotional distress.
A recent article in Conde Nast Portfolio claimed that Nirvana's back catalogue is experiencing a fall in demand, as today's music fans do not share the band's particular strain of generational angst.
