Jackson wants to ride an elephant out onto the stage.

Michael Jackson has upset an animal rights charity over plans to ride an African elephant out onto the stage at his forthcoming comeback gigs.
According to a report in the Daily Mirror, the 50-year-old singer not only wants to include the elephant but also a selection of other creatures, such as panthers, monkeys and birds as part of his act.
Animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (Peta) has expressed concern at the plans, telling Gigwise that the King of Pop has a chequered history regarding the treatment of wild animals.
"These wild animals are deprived of everything that is natural and important to them when they are forced to perform under stressful conditions. Michael needs to learn to leave exotic animals alone," a Peta spokesperson told the news provider.
In other news, several of Jacksons most famous outfits and accessories, including his legendary crystal-encrusted glove, have gone on display in New York ahead of an auction to sell them off.
