The French president's party used a MGMT song without permission, the band say.

Indie band MGMT are demanding that the French president compensates them for using one of their tracks without permission, it has been reported.
The group say that Nicolas Sarkozy's Union for a Popular Movement (UMP) party used the Kids track as part of the president's campaign soundtrack, according to AFP.
MGMT's lawyer, Isabelle Wekstein, took action last week, saying UMP played the song at its national congress and used it in two online videos.
The party has admitted that it used the song without permission and offered symbolic compensation of one euro (89p), which the band rejects as "insulting".
Ms Wekstein told the news provider: "This offer is disrespectful of the rights of artists and authors.
"We are dealing with acts of counterfeiting, an infringement of intellectual property."
She also revealed that UMP paid 53 euro to the French music licencing body, but claimed this is not sufficient to pay for the use of the track.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that The Killers are countersuing their manager, Braden Merrick, claiming he lost them royalty payments, according to Billboard magazine.
Mr Merrick has launched a case against the group, alleging they breached his contract by sacking him without legal notification.
