Glasvegas frontman James Allan could record a track for a tribute album.

Glasvegas have been approached by Primal Scream frontman Bobbie Gillespie to record a cover of a synth-punk track, it has been reported.
James Allan, singer with the Glasgow four-piece, has been asked by Gillespie to make a cover of a song by 1970s rockers Suicide, according to NME.com.
Gillespie heard that Allan is a fan of the group's work and wondered if he would be interested in providing a recording for an upcoming EP to mark the 70th birthday of Alan Vega, Suicide frontman.
Allan said it has not yet been decided whether or not he will involved in the project, telling the news provider: "I don't know yet if it'll happen but I hope it does because I really respect the band."
Glasvegas are set to tour the UK later this, with a gig in Liverpool on January 29th kick-starting a host of events in cities including Glasgow, Sheffied, Manchester and Leeds.
