Cox reveals his battle on the road to recovery.

Former-Long Blondes guitarist Dorian Cox has discussed his fight to recover from a stroke he suffered last year, saying he is still writing music.
Speaking in an interview with the Guardian, the 27-year-old said previously he believed that strokes only happen to people in the latter stages of the life and that he feels lucky to be alive.
The star said the experience has left him with physical restrictions but that his speech and mental health seem largely unaffected.
One method Cox is employing to help his recovery is physiotherapy sessions and he revealed he is also continuing his love affair with music.
"I'm trying to write songs and am still managing to write lyrics. Musically, all I can do is play a keyboard with one hand, but it's not the same as playing guitar," he told the news provider.
The Long Blondes split up in October last year as a result of the uncertainty over Cox's return after his stroke.
