Troubled singer is set to leave his share to his former friend.
Former king of pop Michael Jackson is set to leave his share of the Beatles back catalogue to Sir Paul McCartney in his will, despite the fact the pair have not spoken for 24 years.
Back in 1985, the two heavyweights fell out after the Thriller star outbid the guitarist to win the £350 million publishing rights to the whole Lennon-McCartney back catalogue, according to the Mirror.
In a bid to make peace with his former friend, Jackson, who collaborated with the Beatles man on songs such as The Girl Is Mine and Say, Say, Say, will leave his share to the 66-year-old.
A source told the news provider the Black or White singer is considering dividing his estate in light of recent health problems.
"Most of his estate has been divided up between his three children. But Michael told his lawyers he was sad he no longer talks to Sir Paul and said he wanted to maker things right," the insider said.
