Jon Walker says the band will begin working on their new disc next year.

Panic at the Disco bassist Jon Walker has revealed the band will begin work on a new album next year.
Writing in his blog, the musician said the group have been writing songs throughout 2008, reflecting where they have been and the places they have seen.
He added that the band plan to write more tracks as well as refine those already completed for the follow-up to this year's Pretty Odd album.
"We have been writing songs all year about the places we've been, the things we've seen and the games we've won
by next springtime we will be back in your town, eating your food and drinking your drink," the bassist wrote.
In other news, the band recently released their Live In Chicago CD/DVD which features a performance in the city which made up part of their Honda Civic Tour.
There is also a deluxe version available which includes a 96-page hardcover book entitled A Picture With Books filled with Polaroids and photos taken during their 2008 world tours.
