Guitarist wants a jury trial and damages for the plagiarism.

Coldplay are being sued by a US guitarist who claims the band used one of his riffs on their song Viva La Vida.
Joe Satriani has filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles Federal court, saying the group used "substantial original portions" of his 2004 instrumental If I Could Fly which featured on his album Is There Love In Space.
The guitarist is seeking a jury trial, damages and "any and all profits" from the track.
Viva La Vida is credited to Coldplay's four members - Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Will Champion and Johnny Buckland.
In some good news for the band, they were recently nominated for seven Grammy awards.
The group are in contention for the Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals, Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals and Best Rock Song prizes.
In addition, Viva La Vida is also in the running for the Best Rock Album accolade.
Meanwhile, Joe Satriani has also been nominated for a Grammy, with his Always With Me, Always With You one of the tracks named in the Best Rock Instrumental Performance category.
