No cause of death has been confirmed.

Michael Lee, the drummer who worked with Jimmy Page and Robert Plant in the 1990s, has passed away aged 39.
The drummer collaborated with some of the biggest names in music during his career, including ZZ Top, Gins N' Roses and Aerosmith, but he really made his name with the Led Zeppelin duo.
He first worked with Plant in 1993 on the singer's Fate of the Nations album and when the latter reunited with Jimmy Page 12 months later, he was invited into the band.
After accepting, he played on the pair's No Quarter album, in addition to the Walking Into Clarksdale disc, released in 1998.
On the latter offering, he was credited with being a co-writer on every single track.
The cause of death has not been released.
In other news, Robert Plant and Alison Krauss' collaboration on Gone, Gone, Gone was named musical event of the year at the Country Music Awards on November 12th.
