Singer's parents decide to register their son as dead to settle his estate.

The parents of missing Manic Street Preachers star Richey Edwards have registered their son as being dead.
In 1995, the singer and guitarist disappeared and his car was found abandoned near the Severn Bridge, although his body has never been found.
The decision by the artist's parents to grant a court order is to allow his estate and assets to be released.
As the star left no will, his mum and dad will receive his belongings and wealth, valued at £455,990 but after fees and liabilities have been paid, the sum will stand at around £377,548.
Since his disappearance, his band members have continued to pay royalties to the singer.
In other news, the Manic Street Preachers recently revealed they are recording material which was written by their missing member.
The band announced on their website they are laying down tracks which Edwards penned before he disappeared and the album is due to be released in April or May next year.
