Chinese Democracy leaker will plead guilty to one charge.

The man accused of leaking tracks from Guns N' Roses' long-awaited album Chinese Democracy is to plead guilty.
Kevin Cogill was arrested in August on charges he violated copyright laws by uploading tracks from the disc onto his website, Antiquiet.
Last month he pleaded not guilty to the accusation at Los Angeles Federal Court, however he is set to enter a guilty plea to a single charge of infringing copyright regulations.
Under the reduced charge, the 27-year-old could face a jail term of one year as opposed to four, which he could have served had he proclaimed his innocence and subsequently been found guilty.
The album is scheduled for release in the US on November 23rd before going on sale in the UK 24 hours later.
Fans can look forward to 14 new tracks including Catcher N' The Rye, Shacklers Revenge, Street of Dreams, There Was A Time and Scraped.
