Veteran Australian rock 'n' roll legends AC/DC have announced details of a new UK tour

Veteran Australian rock 'n' roll legends AC/DC have announced details of a new UK tour.
It is set to be the band's first shows in the UK for eight years and they are scheduled to support the release of Black Ice, their first full length studio album since 2000's Stiff Upper Lip.
The rock veterans are set to play dates in London, Manchester and Birmingham on the 14th, 21st and 23rd April 2009.
All the dates are part of the band's Black Ice world tour, which gets underway in Wiles-Barre in the US on October 28th and will see AC/DC rock out across North America, South America, Asia and Europe.
It was reported earlier this week that AC/DC's long-running decision not to release albums on iTunes is resulting in fans illegally downloading the records.
Reports suggest that more than 400,000 illegal copies of Black Ice have been downloaded and the number is increasing by over 100,000 copies a day.
