Vampire Weekend got the crowd dancing as they played a set full of singles from their recent self-titled album.
Opening with debut song ‘Mansard Roof’, they kept the crowd chat to a minimum, but whipped them into a frenzy upon performing the popular ‘A Punk’ and ‘One (Blake’s Got a New Face)’.
The four-piece, who were playing after fellow New Yorkers MGMT, drew a huge cheer when they launched into ‘Oxford Comma’, before singer Ezra Koenig urged the band to watch festival headliners Rage Against The Machine.
“Now enjoy Rage Against The Machine tonight”, shouted Koenig towards the end of the set.
