The police succeed in getting Babyshambles banned.

The organisers of Moonfest have confirmed the festival will not be taking place after Babyshambles were banned from performing.
On the event's website, the people behind the gig wrote the local authorities had convinced Chippenham magistrates court the appearance of Pete Doherty and his group would cause public disorder.
As a result of the ban placed on the band, the organisers claim the event simply cannot go ahead as Babyshambles was the main act pencilled in to play.
"With Pete and Babyshambles being our headlining act for the weekend, this draconian action taken by the police makes it impossible to run the event at the end of August," the team behind the show said on their website.
Other artists scheduled to appear include Curiosity Killed the Cat, Zenyth and Heaven 17 as well as the Australian Pink Floyd and Go West, efestivals.co.uk claims.
The organisers have said all those who have purchased tickets will receive a full refund.
Chief superintendent Julian Kirby told the Gazette and Herald the police's concerns centre round the band's method of exciting crowds, which he claims is to vary the speed of their music which creates a "whirlpool effect" and leads to fighting.
