It has been announced that Jack White and Alicia Keys will record the next James Bond theme, for the film ‘Quantum of Solace’,
The choice has come as a surprise, with most predicting that Amy Winehouse, Leona Lewis or Duffy were in line to record the song. It is perhaps even more surprising that the song will be a duet for the first time in the movie series history.
The song was written by White and recorded earlier this year. It is titled ‘Another Way to Die’ and will be released on November 7th. The soundtrack album will be released on October 28th.
"We are delighted and pleased to have two such exciting artists as Jack and Alicia, who were inspired by our film to join together their extraordinary talents in creating a unique sound for 'Quantum Of Solace'”, read a statement by ‘Quantum of Solace’ producers Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli.
