Michael Jackson's rumoured plans for a spectacular Las Vegas residency have been ridiculed by a Sin City promoter.
A number of rumours have circulated over Jackson's next career move, with many of them linking him to a money-spinning residency which could top anything ever previously seen in the gambling mecca. A recent report even revealed the equity group linked to refinancing Jackson's Neverland Ranch had connections with the Las Vegas Hilton.
However promoter Jack Wishna, the man charged with plotting Celine Dion's recent stage show in Vegas, says Jackson simply isn't ready to return to the stage.
Speaking to the National Enquirer he said, "Sadly, Michael's incapable of keeping promises, because he hasn't got the will to even show up anywhere, much less get himself into shape for a world-class performance. He might drop by to wave at guests, or do a dance on top of a limo, but a long-term show? That dream will never come true, I'm afraid."
