The latest rumours to surface over the possibility of Led Zeppelin playing more live dates have been quashed this week.
According to the band's US tour promoter, there's no plans for the reformed rock outfit to play a mini-residency at Toronto's Rogers Centre, as had previously been reported - with Debra Rathwell, at promoters Anschutz Entertainment Group Live, dismissing the reports as hearsay.
"Alison Krauss and Robert Plant are touring together till at least the end of July, and Plant has made it perfectly clear that he doesn't want to tour with Led Zeppelin," she said.
"Of course, stranger things have happened, but I can tell you that my office is not involved in any Led Zeppelin concerts in Toronto or anywhere else."
The legendary group reformed for a one-off show at the O2 Arena in London late last year, which has led to constant speculation throughout 2008 as to the date of their next live performance.
