Eels have confirmed details of a new UK tour today in support of their forthcoming greatest hits and rarities releases.
21 January 2008 will see the band celebrating their 10-year anniversary with the release of 'Meet The Eels: Essential Eels Vol. 1, 1996-2006' and 'Eels Useless Trinkets: B-Sides, Soundtracks, Rarities and unreleased 1996-2006'.
Not content with two new releases, the band will hit the UK for a full tour in February and March, where Eels leader Mark Oliver Everett will also be promoting his new book 'Things The Grandchildren Should Know'.
He'll be making a special appearance performing at St. James Church in Piccadilly, London. Each attendee will receive a copy of the book and the first 200 people in line will get wristbands allowing them to have their book signed by the author.
