Bjork will tour the UK for the first time in four years, it was revealed today.
In the space of her last visit the Icelandic star has released two albums, this year's acclaimed "Volta" and the vocal-based 2004 release "Medulla". Her new UK shows in 2008 will see the star flanked by a ten-piece, all-female, Icelandic brass section, and opens Manchester on April 11.

Bjork last visited the UK for this year's Glastonbury Festival, headlining the Other Stage. She releases a new single, "Declare Independence", on January 1.
