Sugababes deny Shayne Ward No. 1 spot

Sugababes have landed the No. 1 spot this week on the official UK singles chart ahead of 2005 X Factor winner Shayne Ward.
The girl group fought off Ward's "No U Hang Up/If That's OK With You", with their new single "babes About You Now", which pushed Sean Kingston's "Beautiful Girls" off the top spot after three weeks.
50 Cent's "Ayo Technology" featuring Justin Timberlake and Timbaland was at three ahead of Kingston, while Ida Corr versus Fedde Le Grand's "Let Me Think About It" rocketed up the top 40 to five.
The rest of this week's top ten saw Plain White T's "Hey There Delilah" at six, Kanye West's "Stronger" at seven, James Blunt's "1973" at eight while "She's So Lovely" by Scouting For Girls slipped two to nine followed by Rihanna's "Shut Up and Drive".
Foo Fighters' "Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace" entered at No. 1 on the album charts this week, pushing James BLunt's "All The Lost Souls" down to two.
