Daft Punk have revealed plans of a new live album which charts their first hometown show in 10 years. Set for a November release, the as-yet-untitled set - which hasn't been given a DVD release - will recap their Paris show on June 14th.
"We're from Paris and we hadn't played there for 10 years," Daft Punk's Thomas Bangalter revealed on Friday to Billboard, a day after their U.S. tour drew to a close in New York.
"It must have been a special night for the audience, as well as for us."
A single from the disc, "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" will come ahead of the album's release with a video shot by director Oliver Gondry, who's shot many of their famed promos. It will mainly feature fan shot footage from the Brooklyn concert.
"It is a montage of people shooting the song in the audience with 250 cameras," Bangalter says. "We were inspired by the Beastie Boys' 'Awesome, I F***in' Shot That!' and tried to do that in a four-minute video."
